Bad experience
This was one of the worse experiences I have encountered at a hotel through booking.com. The elevator was broke myself and my daughter were on the 3rd floor. The room wasn't clean the bathroom had bugs on the shower curtain, the refrigerator was unplugged and dirty. Wasn't able to use the pool due to it being closed by the health department. And there was a very strong mildew and mold smell throughout the entire building including my room. Lastly the sofa wasn't clean. Didn't have a choice but to stay because of a 8pm check in because of my train arrival.
