Disappointed
It was convenient off the highway and near places to eat and gas stations. I was hopeful due to the reviews on booking.
We came in late in from our travels exhausted for a one night stay. I am glad we only booked for a night. At first glance the room looked fine, then we noticed the room had not been maintained well. We had to fix the black out curtains because they were coming off their hooks. There was a hole in the molding in the bathroom and spots on the bathroom floor. The door had a huge gap on the side at the bottom which caused a lot of light and noise to come in. The carpets had stains. Then to top it all off, next morning I found a baby bottle under the couch while putting on my shoes so it made me question more how much my room was cleaned prior to our stay. I told the staff on my way out and of course they apologized and said they are understaffed and were rushing. Then I was informed I would have to call the manager to make it right which I will be doing. This was advertised as 4star and the room felt 2star.
