I would definitely recommend others to stay there. Overall it’s well worth the money spent to stay
The breakfast was good and it was a peaceful stay. Also the pool was nice my son enjoyed getting in every day we were there.
The second day we were there we needed more towels and we had to wait until after 3 pm to shower because they didn’t have any towels available. In addition, I forgot my things in the bedside table drawer and not even an hour after I checked out the person at the front desk told me I could come get the things. Then I was placed on hold and told my things had been thrown in the dumpster.

The very SOUL REASON - I research to this particular location on hylan drive in Rocher- as a treat/birthday present my 11 year old. Criteria only involved it having a HEATED INDOOR POOL, her plan being to swim at the entire a day night and next day before we had to leave. And that's just what she absolutely loves to do and come to find out there was absolutely nobody utilizing this beautiful pool for the simple fact that it was freezing cold unlike anything I've ever seen! I'm a travel agent who consistently rings my daughter with me on trips and she gets stays at hotels for good behavior as that's one of your favorite things and it got entirely ruined and I wasted my $200 on a pool that the water was the temperature and that of the water I take out of my refrigerator to drink! I have video to share with you of my daughter around the pool and how empty it was. I complained about it online I do not want to do with the property directly as I want to deal at a corporate level due to this concern, as I know it is completely valid and I do deserve a full refund for the fact that the trip was ruined. The print specifically states that you have an indoor heated pool. Well, is that right there is complete deception because that thing was not heated and you had nobody utilizing it for that fact. I saw so many people go in there and try to swim besides us and it took my daughter an hour and she still couldn't get in so I videotaped that as well as taking a screenshot of the information I was receiving prior to my stay telling me about your heated pool. I even called to confirm the night before that the pool was in working condition and not out of order during our stay. Additionally, I contacted the property twice and asked to check in simply an hour early and they denied me both times! You mean to tell me that there's no rooms available just 1 hour before regular check-in?
They clearly spent all extra money to put into the property into just the lobby. Once you get past the lobby it's shitty the carpets crap it looks dirty it looks old it looked on a date it makes everything look at a day. Chips out of the paint on the doors dirt in the corners etc. and they wouldn't even let me check in 1 hour early!! And I contacted them twice about it, knowing full well that they had rooms that they could have put me in an hour earlier than normal check in time which is three I just asked to come at 2pm. Bottom line is I chose this location because of familiarity and because of the pictures and the pool and of course I read the reviews but they were very mixed. I am a travel agent bringing a child on a special trip or her birthday and for getting really good grades so far this year at a new school. This special trip was turned into an absolute nightmare for the child because she looked for it and was so excited for 3 days beforehand. She's only 10 years old, wanted to just swim all day and night and then again the next day. It clearly states and I screenshotted it that you have an indoor heated swimming pool. Keyword heated. I have videotape of my daughter trying for an hour to get into that water but it was so entirely cold there was no people at all in the pool area and if they were they receive it they were definitely not in the pool. I've never seen an indoor pool that is so cold! Not to mention kids can overcome that and it's so resilient that that the cold doesn't bother them and she couldn't even get past her knees! It was freezing and it was such a disappointment. This place managed to ruin the entire trip I planned for an entire week! Reading information checking different prices and rooms and price drops and contacting the property in advance several times to make sure everything would be perfect and it absolutely got ruined.
