    Our stay was a disappointment

The location is great when you’re visiting for a Texas Tech game or any other event on campus

It was rundown & outdated. The furniture in the room was stained & scuffed up. The tub had a large chip in the enamel. The air conditioner/heater kept flipping the multi breaker. We had not heat one night no air the next. We stayed there before when we had a student at Texas Tech. It wasn’t like it is now
