Locația, era cam creepy, multi gândaci pe culoare, mult zgomot, mirosuri ciudate, ne_a taxat cu 50 de euro ca să ne dea telecomanda de la AC, nu avea plase de țânțari la geam si ne-au terorizat țânțarii, zgomot in fiecare seara, noapte...paturi care scartaiau, uși care se închideau cu zgomot, nu ne-a pornit boilerul, geamurile si ușile de la balcoane nu se încuiau, trebuia sa pui niște lemne sa le blochezi. Domnișoara care ne-a așteptat, nu știa engleza deloc, doar rusa...nu știa sa deschidă poarta sa ne dea acces in parcare, a plecat sa caute pe cineva si ne-a lăsat la poarta fără nicio explicație, cand a venit cineva sa o ajute nu înțelegea nici limba spaniola...a încercat cheile in ușa 5 minute...deci nu, nu recomand! Pozele arata ok, la fel si pretul, numai ca e intr-un cartier ciudat...nu am dormit o noapte de seara pana dimineața fără întreruperi, se auzea poarta de la parcare de 50 de ori pe noapte...da...horror!

PUR IN UN CONTESTO NON PARTICOLARMENTE ATTRAENTE, L'APPARTAMENTO E' MOLTO BELLO E SPAZIOSO CON LA ZONA GIORNO AL PIAN TERRENO E CAMERE A BAGNO AL PIANO SUPERIORE, MOLTO PULITO E DOTATO DI OGNI CONFORT. IL PARCHEGGIO E' VICINICSSIMO, MA I POSTI NON SONO ATTRIBUITI PER CUI CHI PRIMO ARRIVA MEGLIO ALLOGGIA

The apartment is completely renovated inside, is spatious, comfortable and very well equipped - kitchen appliances, washing mashine, dishwasher, including detergents and basic cosmetics. Sunset views are beautiful from the balcony. Parking is easy in dedicated area. You are very close to shops and restaurants, short walk to the beach. Unlike some parts of the island, this location is not windy.
The residental complex is a bit older and would need some renovation. Overall it was rather quiet, but some neighbor was up all night, maybe working, on the phone, but was a bit disturbing. There is not so much to do in Playa Paraiso location, as it is just hotels and tourist facilities.
