    Good stay modern house and spacious

    Comfortable beds great location spacious and fantastic parking facilities. Communication great throughout booking, stay and departure.

    Could be cleaner. Appreciate for most (as was for us) a base for days out. However high touch points such as door handles/frames and banister grubby. Drawers containing cooking utensils dirty and cooker extremely dirty. Disappointing as otherwise a great place just needs more attention to details where cleaning is concerned.

    Wouldn't stay again. The house was too dirty. The area felt unsafe as soon as you left the estate.

    Had an industrial estate behind the house. Which sometimes smelt of chemicals.

    The cleanliness, the place was filthy. The area didn't feel safe. There were dog poos in bags left in the garden.

    Excellent

    It was ideal for exactly what we needed very clean and great place to stay we have family who live nearby so we would definitely book again the location and the house was more than expected
