For anyone with a slightly lower budget, this place was a perfect base to explore the rest of Split. Clean and convenien
In a good location close to the centre of Split. No major issues at all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The only slight issue was the air conditioning. We stayed in August during which the temperatures outside reached 39 degrees and felt the air conditioning, while it did still work, wasn’t quite up to the job of cooling us down completely.

It was a really well priced appartment, with a perfect location for our stay!
The location was perfect!
The airconditioning wasn't strong enough, therefore the appartment was a bit warm and humid, but overall it wasn't bad enough that it became a problem.

Not clean! We found a thong from previous guest!!
Location was great. Less than 15 minutes walking to city center. But the area doesnt look safe or beautiful. The person who greeted us was really nice and she explained everything about the house and the area. She was waiting for us in the apartment.
The place wasnt clean, I had to clean the toilet before using it and some other things that we used. My daughter found a thong on the armchair. When I complained to the host, he mentioned that It was from previous guest. The floor in the kitchen had bredcrumbs and the floor and some surfaces in the apartment were sticky. I can deal with the dust but not this kind of things. The shower and sink in the toilet was full of hairs. Besides, I took this place because they offered cots. When I arrived, they didnt give us the crib. I asked the owner and he didnt sort It, he stated that they had one in the past but It is broken now. Instead of giving another one, he just said that he will remove the cot offer from the ad. We ended slepping the 3 of us in one bed as my baby is 1 and she cannot sleep alone because she rolls a lot and she can fall.
