A great break in a very comfortable clean apartment, in a quiet area within walking distance of the Riva.
It is a large, absolutely spotless apartment with air conditioning (which we didn’t need as we stayed in October) in a very good quiet location but very handy to the Riva and old town. Furnishings were lovely and beds were really comfortable. Very well equipped with everything we needed (washing liquid, washing powder, lots of toilet rolls and towels). Communication with the owner was excellent. Good value for money.
The outside doesn’t reflect the modern interior of the property. The rooftop balcony had tired furniture and we used the balcony off the kitchen instead. Views were of surrounding apartment blocks with the sea in the distance. A neighbours extractor fan was quite loud for an hour early every morning.

Удобное расположения квартиры. Терасса с видом 5 звёзд. Две ванные комнаты, очень удобно для нас 4 человека. Кухня полностью оборудована как дома, могла приготовить домашнюю еду(для моей семьи это очень важно. Чисто и очень уютно.
Единственное это парковка для авто. Но это общая проблема города, очень много машин и местных и туристов.

Nice and convenient
We were really comfortable in the apartment, all the facilities were ok. We even had one cleaning service due to the long stay, which made an extra comfort.
