    Its a perfect location and area, nice and clean and tidy but not 5* worthy. We enjoyed our stay.

    Sofa isn't comfortable, doors to bedrooms need replacing one room doesn't even shut and this wasn't helpful with our children staying in there being so close to the stairs. Oven is very outdated and old, took a long time to cook a meal. One kitchen tap wasn't even connected properly. House rules to be quiet after 10pm I'm more than happy with this shame other neighbours cant do the same, I know this is not owners fault but its a shame to not have a good night sleep when away. Neighbours are very loud and inconsiderate.

    Easy access to Liverpool city centre and Anfield football ground

    Beds very firm. Sofa very low so awkward to get up off it. Unfortunately noise disturbance from neighbour made sleeping difficult
