Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, schnelle Reaktionszeit bei Problemen.
Müsste mal wieder etwas renoviert und lose Teile befestigt werden. Parkplatz für größere Fahrzeuge und schöne Felgen etwas gefährlich…

The appartment is very comfortable. There is everything you need for a short stay. Very clean. Bed is very comfortable. One minute walk to the river. Cozy. Quiet.
It is a bit far from the center but you can take the bus on the corner.

Von außen schrecklich, innen ok
Die nahe Lage zum Rhein Von außen fui.....von innen gut, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet
Die Umgebung ist schäbig und nur von Ausländern bewohnt die dann Abends auch recht laut sind. Man sollte erwähnen das es keine direkte Rheinlage mit Blick auf den Rhein ist, sondern in der 3.Häuserzeile zwischen alten und teils heruntergewirtschafteten Häuser mit großen Sperrmüllhalden Eine Zumutung ist die Wohnung in der 2.Etage, dies wurde vorher nicht mitgeteilt sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Die Treppen mit Gepäck ist schon schlimm aber dann auch noch steil, echt eine Zumutung....es ist nicht jeder noch 40 und fit, es gibt auch ältere Urlauber mit körperlichen Einschränkungen Die Schlüsselübergabe war nervig da wir zwei verschiedene Codes bekommen haben und man muss raten welche Box die richtige ist, da die Aufkleber nicht mehr zu lesen sind.
