  Great location inside city. comfortable and clean room.

  Location, cleanliness & balcony. Kitchen items were available in all aspect.

  Non availability of cleaning machine.

  Change hotel immediately after first night

  Good location, just right next to the underground station.

  We have only stayed on the first night in the room. At the first night when we are trying to sleep, there is always a low frequency noise from no where (guess behind the wall next to the bed) which annoys you the whole night gives you a really bad sleeping quality. Couldn't really fall asleep until I chucked my airpod pro into my ear and played some music to cover the noise. The bed position is weird and the bed is quite small, laying on there feels like being trapped. Another issue causing our poor sleep on the first night. The cleanningess is also a concern, dusts and staines are everywhere on the sofa. Water leaks from the gate in the shower area. We had originally booked 4 nights, and there are only 2 big and 2 small towels provide. And we were expected to pack our own rubbish and bin it outside (which we did), it confused me while an empty rubbish bin in provided. They have also provided an old dirty washing machine without any washing powder is provided. Host told me they want to avoid troubles from being complained about possible clothes damage, I fully understand and here I would sincerely suggest hpw about you just get rid of your machines next time? Nevertheless, got weird rusty noise when open the door between balcony and living room. Though it seems comfortable staying in the balcony, however the ventilation in the room is bad. Even the fan provided couldn't help much, and there are quite alot smoker neighbours, the fan did help alot on getting some smoke into the room... Personally think this place should name anything but "comfortable"

  host carino e posizione molto comoda. il resto molto migliorabile

  posizione vicina alla metro e possibilità di parcheggio privato a pagamento con costo non eccessivo. l'host è molto carina

  l'apertura smart della porta si incastra, senza chiavi rimani chiuso fuori. l'appartamento ha 3 posti letto, sulla carta, ma il divano letto è improponibile: a parte la scomodità e la sporcizia aprendolo, io (1.70m scarsi) non ci stavo nemmeno in diagonale. nessun raffrescamento a parte un ventilatore e temperature torride. la fornitura di stoviglie è scarsa (2 bicchieri rotti su 4) e la dotazione di asciugamani misera (un telo doccia piccolissimo a testa e una manopola/lavetta. nemmeno un asciugamano per il viso..)
