No value for money and a £95 cleaning fee for an unclean property

It came equipped with everything needed, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc

Stunk like an ashtray, cigarette burns throughout on furniture and carpets

    Terrible don’t stay

    Property was ok

They cheated us and charged us £40 for being 5 minutes late. Emailed them and got no reply. Cleaning lady showed up 9:45 even though checking out time is 10 and just walked straight in. We had our disabled 96 year old grandmother stay and took 5 minutes extra to come out when we were all out.Stay away at all costs.
