    Incredibly disappointed, not a 4* experience at all.

    View from the balcony, very entertaining watching boats going through the lock. Spacious, impressive looking apartment. Kitchen facilities, dishwasher & cleaning pods provided. Paper towels, toilet rolls, cloths, towels provided.

    Kitchen needed a serious clean & several things need repairing, despite previous reassurance that they had been sorted. Shower cubicle door, despite very gentle handling came of its rail on one end, leaving the shower useless. Parking can be a problem. Towels were not absorbant.

    Lovely stay in a great appartment in the best part of Ipswich!

    The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the harbour area and sunsets. Very walkable distance to town.

    Linen - we prefer cotton for towels and sheets or bed coverings

    Pleasant stay at a cosey apartment.

    Large size rooms, cosey homely vibe, lovely balcony view. Easy to find good detailed instructions from friendly host. Enjoyed exploring the area.

    Key lock box got stuck on arrival, no table on balcony for your morning coffee. Kitchen could have been cleaner. Would benefit from black out curtains in the bedroom
