    Cozy, relaxed, convenient, and accommodating.

    Felt like a home. I’ve been on a long trip (almost 2 months now), and it reminded me a lot of my grandparents home. Clean, organized, and had good personality.

    The washing machine is a bit out of the way. Also on the night I arrived, I was a bit lost (not native to Australia), so I couldn’t find it initially. Marking it with a larger 183 sign would make it easier to find.

    Great choice of accommocation for first visit to Hobart.

    Excellent location with an easy walk to CBD, shopping and the harbour. Having a secure carpark at the rear of the building was great. Situated on a main road but noise was never an issue. Comfy bed.

    The only couch in the lounge needs replacement. Old and springs very worn. The stairs are listed in the advertising and only an issue when taking luggage up and down.
