Quite nice place with small kids but aome improvements needed in service area

    Quite safe place, good gym

The washing machine was full of feathers when we arrived late in the night ; we had to clean it a few hours to be able to use it.. And was almost impossible to reach room service / reception in the evenings/ nights. We needed a kettle and had to asked them like 5 times.. They could have arranged some basic things like salt and so on in the kitchen..
