Freezing, left early as no solutions offered, won't refund either, wouldn't recommend at all!
Spacious property, nice views
NO HEATING! This was a trip of a lifetime with months of planning this family vacation. Despite trying to be amicable the company who rented are refusing to offer any compensation / refund. We arrived & checked in mid afternoon, a couple hours later when the evening cooled we realised there was no heaters in the living area, so we text to ask where heat sources for this area could be located. This is the only area inside to eat, sit and relax and we couldn't stay in it as it was getting too cold. The response we got was that there was no panel heaters in this area at all. There was no solution to the cold! So instead of relaxing my wife went to sit in the bath for the evening literally re running the hot water just to stay warm! The heaters in the bedroom were inadequate too. We are from Scotland so used to the cold, but we have adequate heating in all our rooms and expected this from the listing advertised as it stated heating provided. It was total false advertisement. The next morning we woke at 6 but it was beyond freezing so nobody wanted to get out of their beds to have breakfast together and enjoy the holiday. I had to put the oven on to try to heat up the area but this did little good. Knowing there was no solutions offered when complained we realised we could not stay here another two more nights as we could not relax or risk getting unwell from the cold. So we luckily found another property in the close vicinity. When the agent contacted out of courtesy to check in at 08:45 we responded at 08:57am to advise “unfortunately we struggled a lot with the lack of heating particularly in the lounge area. It’s very cold at night and first thing in the morning. The bedrooms are a little warmer but still quite cool,” I advised we planned to leave but rather than persuade us to remain, offer solutions nothing was done.

Location was perfect! Views were fantastic and the home layout and facilities were perfect for our needs.
The only issue was the position of the microwave.
