    Excellent

This is the fifth time I have stayed. Quiet, large, comfortable rooms on a central courtyard.

Only thing is that it's room only, so no breakfast, But there are places locally where you can get breakfast.

    Wonderful stay

Location , very peaceful. Ideal for Water Perry Op era Festival. V clean , lovely roll top bath in our room .

Nothing negative at all . No pub within walking distance but this is not a negative merely an observation as some might like that .
