    Charming and comfortable apartment

    The place looks even more charming in the flesh and is a very comfortable size. Location is also great; in a nice neighbourhood with lots of local amenities and a short stroll away from the old town. There's also a great marketplace for fresh produce, cheese, meat, sea food and baked goods very close to the apartment. There are direct buses from the corner of the street to both San Giovanni and Lago stations in case you have a lot to carry -otherwise both stations are within walking distance. The host was very responsive; answered all our questions immediately, and provided clear instructions before our arrival.

    It would be great if it had some form of outside space -but this is pure nitpicking. While we didn't need the A/C that much, it is a bit on the noisy side.

    Good

    The apartment was nice and cosy and was well equipped. The area around seemed peaceful and safe. It was easy to get the keys.

    But the sofa bed was not that comfortable, the room where it was didn't ensure full blackout, and during the three nights we stayed there the neighbours were doing a lot of noise very early in the morning (arguing among themselves and dragging stuff along). The location is only relatively good, since the train station nearby has only limited trains. So overall the apartment felt a bit expensive (173eu per night) for what it really offered.
