We stayed in August 2026 as a group of three in a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. I agree with the previous positive reviews. These are nice, comfortable apartments conveniently located near Como, and they are especially suitable for those travelling by car. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed. There is air conditioning. A washing machine is available in the basement. There is no balcony, but there is a small private courtyard with a veranda. Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. Free street parking is available right in front of the house, and even in mid-August we were always able to find a parking space.
The only minor drawback is that the sofa bed may be a little uncomfortable for a third person, but this was not a major issue for us. It would also be nice to have mosquito screens on the windows. Overall, a very good option for staying in the Lake Como area.

Tutto perfetto, appartamento pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Come sentirsi a casa. Consigliato!
