  Formalités pesantes, mieux vaut louer à un particulier sauf si on aime ça...

  Cette agence ne prévoit pas qu'une personne puisse offrir à d'autres un séjour, d'où plein de complications tout en correspondant en anglais (les voyageurs sont roumains et le commanditaire français). Leur procédure est beaucoup trop rigide même si elle se voulait efficace et faire tout ça sur place avec une app dédiée quand on voyage avec un simple téléphone n'est pas du tout pratique. De plus, faire payer tout plein de suppléments n'est vraiment pas cool : ne pas arriver 20 minutes trop tôt sinon c'est 15 € (excusez du peu vu le coût de la vie en Roumanie...) Mon conseil : annoncez la couleur dans votre pub au lieu de nous laisser découvrir tout ça une fois le paiement effectué. On leur explique à plusieurs reprises qu'envoyer des messages en anglais au payeur en France ne sert à rien, alors que les coordonnées téléphoniques des voyageuses sur place étaient en leur possession. Beaucoup trop de rigidité et pas assez de flexibilité, désolé.

  Proprietarul a fost înțelegător, deoarece în prima zi ne-a lăsat să intrăm la cazare de dimineață. Apartamentul este frumos. Și cam atât.

  Apartamentul este foarte murdar și plin de gândaci și țânțari. Nu știu când a fost făcută curățenie acolo. Peste tot fire de păr, dulapurile din bucătărie foarte murdare, vasele la fel, în dulap era plin de paste, faină, zahăr etc, condimente începute, care erau răsturnate, curse în dulap sau expirate. Peste tot a fost murdară podeaua, iar covorul din living la fel. Tigaile nu se pot folosi, că sunt zgâriate toate și toată mâncarea se lipește de fund. Una, care a fost în regulă, nu se potrivea cu plita cu inducție. Baia la fel, foarte murdară. Am început șederea prin a curăța și dezinfecta cabina de duș, WC-ul și chiuveta și spaland toate vasele din dulap. Nu găseam săpun niciunde, dar după un timp am văzut un dozator de săpun lichid într-un sertar, care ar fii trebuit să funcționeze cu baterii, dar nu funcționa. Soțul l-a reparat și a băgat baterii în el. Pe lângă mizeria despre care scriu, au mai și fost stricate multe chestii în apartament. De exemplu suportul de perdele în ambele camere stătea strâmb, ne era frică, că ne cade în cap. Protecția de apă de sub ușa cabinei de duș a fost dezlipită, se mișca în continuu, capetele de plintă de la parchet se mișcau toate, la o atingere minoră ies de la loc. A zis proprietarul, că a fost schimbata lenjeria de pat, dar sincer nu știu, deoarece și aceea a fost plină de fire de păr negru și nici nu avea miros plăcut. La geamuri nu este absolut nicio plasă de țânțari, deci efectiv este imposibilă aerisirea. Noroc cu aerul condiționat, dar totuși, omul mai are nevoie și de aer curat. Când am ajuns, apartamentul deja era plin de țânțari. Se poate vedea într-o poză, că pe un dulap a fost omorât un țânțar. Așa ne aștepta apartamentul, nu noi l-am făcut. Păcat pentru un apartament atât de frumos să fie așa neglijat. Eu sigur nu mă voi întoarce aici. Și chiar nu sunt o persoană foarte pretențioasă.

  Nagyobb volt mint gondoltam. Szép volt, és igényes. A lépcsőház és a lift is tiszta volt. Minden rendben volt.

  Bár a házhoz tartozott saját parkoló, ami lakásonként számozva is volt, nem lehetett használni. Nem volt biztosítva parkoló, és nem volt egyszerű megállni a környéken.

  Hospitality is a complete zero. I would not recommend this accommodation at all! They communicated with us in Romanian through Booking, even though I replied in English. I had no internet access at one point, so I couldn't understand what they were writing. This was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Even if they don't speak English, they could easily use a translator to communicate in English. We arrived at 3:00 PM, but the room was not ready. They excused themselves by saying the cleaner was late and that there was nothing they could do about it. The cleaner only started cleaning at around 4:30 PM, which is unacceptable. We paid to check in from 3:00 PM, not 7:00 PM. The apartment was also not cleaned properly. The balcony was dirty, dusty, and hadn't been swept or vacuumed, so we couldn't use it because of the poor hygiene. There were three of us staying there, but we were given only two towels one large and one small for all three guests. The bedding for the third person was hanging on a drying rack, still wet, together with several towels. When I asked where the bedding and towels were, they told me they were on the drying rack. After I pointed out that everything was still wet, they only replied the following day, saying, "Well, it's dry now." There was no dish soap, no dishcloth, and no body wash for women only men's body wash. The freezer contained leftover food, as if it had never been checked or cleaned. There was an opened package of chicken, vegetables, leftover ice cream, and various other food items. It was disgusting. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and overall maintenance completely outweigh any positive aspects of this accommodation.

  Apartament situat in zona Complexului studențesc a Universității de vest, intr un bloc nou ,curat . Apartamentul este exact ca in descriere, curat , utilat , liniște, aer condiționat, comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost una foarte bună. Recomand cu căldură si as mai reveni.
