  This was one of the best accommodation experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this apartment. Highlights: - Bright, spotless, and well-maintained apartment. - Two separate rooms, which was perfect as my daughter and I could each have our own space. - Any minor issues (such as the shower and curtain) were fixed the very next day after I contacted the staff via WhatsApp. - Responsive, polite, and helpful staff throughout our stay. - The building has an elevator, which was invaluable when traveling with four large suitcases. - Thoughtful amenities were provided, including laundry detergent, hand soap, tea bags, and toilet paper. Excellent location: - About a 15-minute walk to Bocconi University. - About a 15-minute walk to the restaurants and nightlife in Navigli. - Approximately a 25–30-minute walk to the Duomo. - Several supermarkets, cafés, and pastry shops within a 5-minute walk. Safety: - The area felt very safe and secure at all times. A big thank you to the landlord and staff for making our stay in Milan so comfortable and enjoyable. They truly helped make our trip a wonderful experience.

  Overall, our stay was excellent, but I have two suggestions that could make it even better for future guests: Access keys: The property has four access points (the entrance gate, the building entrance, the entrance to our section of the building, and the apartment door). While the gate and main entrance could be opened using a code, the internal door to our section of the building was often locked. We requested two keys, one for me and one for my daughter, but only one key was provided, and that only on the second day. It would be much more convenient if all necessary keys were provided to tenants upon check-in. Kitchen equipment: The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, but the frying pan and pots did not have lids. As a result, cooking—especially fish—caused oil to splatter onto the stove and nearby wall, requiring extensive cleaning afterward. Providing lids for the cookware would make cooking much easier and more comfortable for future guests.

  Good location, near Navigli. Good acces to city center.

  It was difficult to get to the apartment. Difficult to enter the building itself, and it took us 10 minutes just to get inside the apartment. The floor was dirty, sofa had crumbs on it, we had to re-wash the glasses, because we saw lip stains on them. The most important NO HOT WATER, we weren't able to take a shower, because the water temperature was not stable, kept switching from ice cold to boiling hot.
