    Cómodo y práctico, encantador !

    Me gustó la ubicación, y el apartamento tiene un estilo moderno, bien equipado y perfecto para dos personas ! El acceso directo a la Playa es un gran punto a favor. La propietaria muy atenta a las consultas y comprensiva .

    Todo estuvo muy bien !

    Muy buena ubicación. La anfitriona Maritza 10/10, responde rápido y de manera efectiva.

    La ubicación, la piscina del condominio, la cercanía al mar . El apartamento es pequeño pero funcional.

    El equipamiento del departamento. El TV de la sala no se puede usar, el control remoto no funcionaba bien. Las instalaciones, menaje requieren mayor manteniendo e incluso renovación.

    Paradise on the beach with excellent facilities and a SUPER HOST!

    The cabana is centrally located and restaurants within walking distance. Our host Maritza recommended Le Brasserie for breakfast, it's a French bakery/pastry place that serves breakfast, brunch and not only it's offerings are delicious , it's reasonably priced with excellent service. One night we tried Cayo Caribe Restaurant recommended by Maritza and enjoyed it as well. The Cabana is newly renovated with all amenities ,very clean , comfortable and second to none!

    An unexpected water main rupture occurred two days after our arrival in the municipality of San Juan which affect the entire area of San Juan, Condado and Santurce. Thus we were affected by having our water rationed during our stay . This situation was beyond the control of Maritza our host. Yet, she handled it with the outmost of concern for our well being and provided 2.5 gal water jugs for our general needs and 1 gal jugs for drinking water . She also, offered the option for us to check out early and would credit the days we didn't occupy the cabana along with the payment we made for the parking. Needless to say we will be staying here in our future trips to Puerto Rico.
