    Tuvalet kucuk, dus basligi Kirik su kaciriyor, banyoda hamam bocegi vardi. Kaldigim odanin banyosunu hijyenik bulmadim. Hersey su kaciriyordu.

    This booking experience was traumatic. 😨😨I brought my mom to Cagayan de Oro for a relaxing staycation, but it quickly turned into a stressful ordeal. I booked and paid through Booking.com and sent several messages before and on the day of check-in, but received no response. After several phone calls, the person in charge finally answered and informed me that the previous guest had extended their stay due to an “emergency” and asked me to cancel my reservation. I even offered to cancel if they could immediately refund my payment so we could book another place, but I was told that their bank account had a zero balance and they couldn’t process the refund. 🤣🤣 To make things even more confusing, she asked where I got her phone number when it was clearly posted on the Booking.com listing. She also insisted that she had sent messages, but I never received anything no email, no app notification, nothing. 🥴🥴 Since I had already paid and the booking had a no-refund policy if I canceled, I refused to cancel the reservation. 😏😏 Thankfully, we were eventually accommodated, but this entire experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to other guests in the future. ✌🏻✌🏻😇😇

    Comfortable Room, Just a Few Minor Issues.

    The location is really the best part — super convenient. The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable.

    *What could be better:* The internet was a bit slow and we weren’t able to use streaming services, even though they were listed. There was also a small leak in the shower hose that made draining a bit slow. Overall it was a decent stay, and with a few fixes it could be excellent.
