    Location excellent

    Location was excellent and easy access to all locations.

    Upon entering the condo, the place smelled mustie and even though I opened windows and tried to remove smell I was unable to. I slept on couch with windows open and decided to leave one day early because of the mustie smell.

    Location was great for the Beaches and shopping

    Our particular unit 316 was a bad location if you have a lot of stuff, the elevator is all the way at the other end of the building. We were greeted with a very strong mildew smell as soon as we opened the door, we couldn't find exactly where it was coming from. The A/C struggled to keep it cool, even with a portable unit for the bedroom. First appearance wasn't too bad for cleanliness, but as soon as we started to settle in and unpack I found the coffee pot had old coffee with mold growing on top of it, the toaster oven was greasy to touch, kitchen knife block with 1 knife, the bathroom shower had the prior guest loofa still hanging off the shower head and empty hand soap bottles sitting next to empty ones. The kitchen was so disorganized under the cabinets, and in the drawers, everything was just stuffed in there, just a mess. And only 1 parking pass per unit, so if you have 2 vehicles, one of you has to pay $25 a day. Was very disappointed, and the website pictures of the unit were not the same.
