  Fantastic Condo

  I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the property, and it really made a difference. The location was excellent—convenient and well-positioned for getting around, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel more like a home than just a place to stay. Robert was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really valued. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

  That I only had the pleasure of staying one week. I could have easily stayed longer if my itinerary allowed for it.

  Very disappointed, bad experience about the place. The owner is nice easy to talk too. The owner should send a housek

  Has a view and near to 7-11 store and restaurant.

  Roaches on the top of the bed and also in the bathroom. Drawers snd cabinets are smell bad odor, 2 cups and 2 plates are not clean. Refrigerator inside are not totally clean. No place to put your luggages and no closets to hang your clothes, towels are old and has a stains. Too many plastic flowers for decoration that create dust. Guest are responsible to go to 5 and 6 floors to throw the garbage. I slept 5 hours in the sofa because the roaches it was on the top of the bed. I turned on the lights while I’m sleeping so that the roaches won’t be in area. The bathroom lights are off and when I turned on the lights the two roaches it was in the bathroom and I killed one and I took a picture for the owner to see. The owner told me that those roaches is from the next door even though the place should be totally clean not only outside of the area also inside of the drawers and cabinets.

  It was an excellent Hotel.

  The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Location was a bit off from shopping mall, but we enjoyed the view. I liked the room have washer and dryer in it.

  The location was off the shopping mall. We have to ride a car to get the the shopping mall. We could have walked it, but 75 years ladies and gents didn't walk that good anymore.

  It was a pleasant stay

  The place is very modern with remote controlled lights, ac and curtains. It is very clean and properly equipped with small appliances. Place is close to shops and restaurants.

  As long as price stays reasonable, RECOMMENDED!

  No drama and full follow through on the booking. Good communication from unit manager during the stay Excellent location! Temperature control was great. Enough shampoo and soap supplies provided for our short stay. Like a hotel, had a complimentary set of slippers and "disposable" toothbrushes, if needed. Hi-rise building was clean. Door persons and concierge were polite. A good experience. Pictured is the view from the building, ground level, and part of the studio.

  There were a few things that were worn out or damaged prior to our arrival, but as long as the host knows his property, there will be no problem. The small broken things did not affect the use of the stay at the property. The spring mattress bed will fit two, but it is small. Could've used extra blanket/light comforter and towels (hand and bath). Maybe info on the building - what floor the pool is or where to throw the garbage, for example - would help.
