    The room was mostly as advertised. I'll address negatives later. But for the price this was a valuable place to stay. It was clean and room was as advertised. We enjoyed the pool, being able to do laundry *, being able to cook *, and a comfortable place to sleep. It has every essential for an extended stay. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations. It was my first stay in the Philippines, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I would stay here again and would recommend it while noting a few exceptions that are detailed below

    There were 4 small problems. The apartment is advertised with parking and a washing machine. The washer was present, but had a small padlock on the plug. I simply removed the lock and reinstalled when leaving. Parking is available for a fee that isn't advertised and is a good way from the room (maybe 500 meters?) Also everything is off (including the fridge) upon check-in, so don't grocery shop early and be ready for a very hot room. Plug the fridge in, turn on the AC and then go for groceries. And I felt the kitchen utensils were slightly lacking to really cook much. Be sure to look at these before planning meals.
