Right by the pool and in front of the beach but very badly maintained unit with cockroaches

    Fabulous location.

However the unit was in bad need of repairs, cabinet doors falling off, sewer smell, living room fan not working, garburator not working and bathroom tub and shower with peeling paint on doors. I would suggest you avoid this unit until there is a reno. There was also a problem with cockroaches. Not private. The blinds are old and not an ability for partial privacy, they are either up or down, everyone can look into the unit.
