    Compensa pelo valor e pela localização.

    A localização é boa. Fica próximo à praia, farmácia, supermercado e padaria. Apesar que achamos as coisas muito caras e preferimos comprar em um supermercado mais afastado. O preço do supermercado ao lado era 3 vezes mais.

    A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O vaso sanitário parece que não tinha sido bem lavado, estava amarelo. Eu mesma comprei uma água sanitária e lavei antes de usarmos. Os armários da cozinha estavam muito engordurado.
