    Leider nicht optimal.

    Die Nähe ans Meer.

    Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer extrem lauten Straße mit starkem Lieferverkehr und regelmäßigem Linienbusverkehr. Es ist weder möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen noch sich entspannt in der Küche aufzuhalten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr minimalistisch. Es gibt keine Nachttische und keine Bettlampen. Wenn man im Bett lesen möchte, bleibt nur das grelle Licht der Deckenlampe, und anschließend muss man nochmals aufstehen, um es auszuschalten. In der Küche steht kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Zum Abwaschen muss warmes Wasser aus dem Badezimmer geholt werden. Zudem fehlen bei den Pfannen passende Deckel. Bei unserer Ankunft roch die Wohnung stark nach Farbe. Der Geruch verschwand erst nach etwa drei Tagen. Außerdem stand ein Eimer mit schmutzigem Wasser, in dem ein Besen steckte, in der Wohnung. Im Haus selbst ist die Eingangstür im Erdgeschoss häufig von einem Bewohner offen gelassen. Aus dessen Wohnung dringt ein sehr intensiver Geruch, sodass man beim Betreten des Hauses möglichst schnell die Treppe in den ersten Stock hinaufgehen möchte. In die Wohnung fällt kaum Tageslicht. Gewaschene Wäsche benötigt aufgrund der Licht- und Luftverhältnisse etwa drei Tage zum Trocknen. Ich habe all diese Punkte bereits am ersten Tag gemeldet. Leider ist uns in keiner Weise entgegengekommen worden – weder vom Wohnungsvermietungsbüro noch von Booking.com.

    Ez az apartman egy igazi kis gyöngyszem a maga letisztult egyszerűségében, nem okozott csalódást.

    Ez az apartman nagyon jó helyen van, az autentikus La Isleta városrészben, egyaránt közel a Playa del Confital és a Playa de Las Canteras beach-ekhez és pár méterre a buszmegállótól. Nekem az is tetszett, hogy nem a Las Canteras szállodasora mögött, hanem attól kicsit távolabb helyezkedik el, de mégsem messze onnan. A két hálószobás apartman egy igazi kis gyöngyszem a maga letisztult egyszerűségében és pontosan olyan, amilyennek a leírás és a fotók bemutatták, így nem okozott csalódást. Teljes tisztaság, alapvető felszereltséggel, egyszerű, de igazán komfortos és kényelmes kis apartman. Nagyon szerethető. Két főnek ideális, de négy főnek kicsit szűkös lehet, főként a kicsi fürdőszoba miatt.

    A két hálószobában elszállásolható 4 főhöz mérten a fürdőszoba elég kicsi méretű. Ez minket nem zavart, mert 4 főnél kevesebben voltunk. A mosógép működés közben akkora zajt csapott, mint egy traktor. Rettenetes hangja volt, ezért csak egy alkalommal használtam, többször nem mertem, mert nem akartam, hogy a szomszédok szóljanak a szörnyű zaj miatt.
