各方面中规中矩，交通上如果要坐地铁稍微距离远一些，可能要倒一下公交车过去，周围公交车还是方便的，离市中心不算远
沙发床最后我们还是没能打开，房东要过来帮忙，因为我们出去的时间总是变化所以后来勉强也能用了，但是确实很难打开，下次我建议是了解到住客是带小孩需要用的话可以入住之前就帮忙打开好就最好了，另外就是洗手间玻璃确实是透明的，这一点其实买一些贴纸之类的贴上就好了，这样隐私会更好保护一些

La posizione con fermata bus a pochi passi a casa
L appartamento non era pulito,lavabo bagno otturato da capelli,presenza di formiche,aria condizionata mal funzionante,impossibilità di aprire le serrande della cucina e della camera perché le finestre danno direttamente sui tavolini del bar a fianco.... appartamento assolutamente non adatto a 4 persone .
