The check-in experience was extremely unprofessional. We spent an entire hour trying to find the apartment because we were not provided with all the necessary information in advance. The email with the check-in instructions only arrived an hour after we had completed the online check-in. Before that, we tried calling the provided contact number several times, but no one answered. The apartment itself, however, is nice, clean, and looks exactly like it does in the pictures.
