Матракът беше доста стар, но дивана в хола беше доста удобен и приятен.

The apartment is just as wonderful as the city and the country themselves.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Everything was amazing. The apartment even exceeded our expectations. Although we didn’t spend much time there, it was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located. The hosts were also very kind and welcoming, and we would gladly choose this apartment again if we have the opportunity to visit Yerevan in the future. And of course, the wonderful balcony deserves a special mention — it was the perfect spot to enjoy the early mornings and late evenings!
Even if there were a few minor imperfections, they hardly affected our overall comfort. The hosts are also always happy to help if you have any questions or need assistance.

Отличное месторасположение-до центра минут 10, парк с фонтанами вообще супер,рядом хороший супермаркет,в нём обменник,банк и банкомат ВТБ,где можно снять драмы,не переводя заранее с рублей. Удобная квартира -нашей семье по размеру была как раз. Хозяева простые, хорошие люди, приятно к таким попасть. Однозначно советую!

A great place in the heart of Yerevan
It was a pleasure staying at this apartment with a lovely host Lusine. She was incredibly welcoming, she reached out in advance and even stayed up late to make sure we could check in comfortably. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s located right in the heart of Yerevan, which makes it especially convenient. If you’ve travelled there before, you know how rare it is to find a place where you truly feel comfortable staying. We stayed as a family of 3, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The balcony overlooks a park, which made it a perfect spot for relaxed breakfasts in the morning. The apartment also has a washing machine, which was a real lifesaver for us, especially considering how delicious (and generously sauced!) Armenian food is. Anyway, would highly recommend this apartment and definitely return!
We had a small issue with the front door lock, but it wasn’t a big deal at all and was quickly resolved by the host and her family. It actually just highlighted once again how welcoming and supportive Lusine is.
