    Ok apart from the wasps

    Property was clean soon arrival

    The issue we had was we had two small kids and dogs with us and there was a wasp problem. When asked how was your stay by reception I said ok apart from the wasps their reply was yeah we know about that we have someone coming out for it. This should have been dealt with before arrival or if it couldn’t a new lodge should have been given.

    Conifer Lodges

    The location was easy to find and close to Newton Stewart, the hot tub was good, the lodge was well equipped, bedrooms were lovely and well presented, the kitchen had everything you needed

    The door had a big chunk broken off, The putty like stuff on the walls in the kitchen and hallway were off-putting making it look like greasy marks, I felt there was areas that could be cleaner or the bottom of the 2 outside doors were very grubby but on the whole it was a lovely lodge
