Plenty of space; good facilities; nice showers

The property is attached to the hosts house which is fine but their dog did bark non stop for about 3 hours during the day on one of the days the owner was out

Difficult to deal with hosts, stressful stay. Wouldn’t recommend

Host never sent check in instructions and ignored all messages, calls and emails, leaving us to wait on hold for booking.com to contact them to find access instructions. On check in, we were told that despite advertising 3 bedroom and full use of unit that we were only to use 2 bedrooms to save on cleaning and laundry for them. There was a dog behind a locked door to the lounge room that barked constantly in the evening, and again the hosts uncontactable until we went through booking.com, waiting on hold again. There are many accomodation options in the Gold Coast, so with how difficult these hosts are to deal with and how unwelcome we felt, I wouldn’t recommend
