    House is situated in a nice residential neighbourhood, an easy 30 min walk into Wetherby. Very clean and tidy, spacious and fairly well equipped, comfy beds, good quality linen and towels, good shower. Sunroom is pleasant to sit in, although was very warm in the latest heatwave. We had a good meal at the Scott's Arms a short drive away in Sicklinghall and tried the cafes in town. Harrogate / Knaresborough / York all easily reached by car. Good communication and easy access to the house.

    Nothing really. A few extra bits would have been nice, e.g. garden seating, coffee pot. If you're a needy traveller expecting a welcome gift box and toiletries, then bring them with you ! The owners are conscious of not annoying the neighbours with noisy / antisocial behaviour which I fully get as the road is quite and peaceful, so not the right place if you intend to party noisily.

    A nice stay in a comfortable house in a nice location

    Comfortable house in a good location. Plenty of space and everything you needed. Parking for 3 cars and an enclosed garden. Comfortable beds. Included free WiFi.

    Just a couple of minor things - slightly short on crockery and no chopping board.

    It served its purpose as a base for our family while attending a party nearby.

    Location and it was large enough for all the family to stay

    It would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture for us to make use of the patio during the lovely weather we have been having. There was no mirror in two of the bedrooms just in one bedroom and the bathroom. It would have been nice also to have a better selection of glasses, there were no champagne/prosecco glasses for instance. There were marks down the sides of the cupboards in the kitchen as if nobody had been bothered to wipe down when doing the cleaning.
