Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Proximity to shops. An apartment with a very well renovated design. Very clean, I was pleased to have dishes in the kitchen and a minimal cooking kit.
The only thing I didn't like was that there's no sign that would indicate where the kitchen is, it would be great to put an inscription on the kitchen door or something like that. Well, in the description, add that you need to be outside the apartment and make a small instruction for guests about this. But it didn't ruin the rest for a while.

Great value!
Great value for money. Close to a few restaurants, to city mall and most importantly to the public beach
