Good apartment in a great location, but the building was about to be repaired -structural defects
Location was very central, within walking distance to major attractions. The apartment was appealing & roomy with a washing machine. Host was very helpful especially when the hot water was not working. He was still contactable on WhatsApp at 10pm to solve the issue.
Found out from a resident that the building was about to be evacuated for major structural issues to be rectified. We did not know this when booking. My review would have given a higher score without this issue. Also whilst it was good to have a lift, it was very small.

Quando arrivi al palazzo non gli daresti un soldo ma appena entri in appartamento bellissimi , noi abbiamo affitato due unita tutte e due molto belle . Zona perfetta , mezzi a portata di mano .
Nella struttura piu piccola si sentiva puzza di fumo ,

Buena relación calidad precio
Apartamento muy amplio y tranquilo, las camas grandes y cómodas. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos.
La entrada al edificio, el ascensor en el que no entran dos personas y las maletas y el garaje (estaría genial un poco de pintura, sobre todo para ver cuál es tu plaza. No es como en la foto)
