    Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

    Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und behaglich. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch, viel Holz. Die Betten sind etwas weich, aber sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist nahe an Straßenbahn und Metro, man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war reibungslos, der Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert.

    Die Küche ist leider nicht gut ausgestattet. Es wäre schön gewesen zumindest einen großen Topf zu haben, der Pasta für vier Personen kochen kann. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte das vielleicht stören. Uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht.

    Apartamento sujo e abafado.

    Presença de um elevador pequeno. Sacada para secar roupa. Lava roupa e lava louças novas e funcionavam bem..

    Na chegada, o apto estava muito abafado e nada ventilado. Parecia estar fechado por muitos dias. O apartamento estava muito empoeirado e o chão com farelo de comida. O banheiro estava sujo, o vaso sanitário e o bide tinham urina seca e estava fedendo. O box do chuveiro muito pequeno, estava mofado e o ralo entupido. A descrição do booking informava que tinha ar condicionado mas tinha somente na sala e de baixa potência.

    Perfect, safe location for tourists. Clean and comfortable residence.

    Very nice location, 7 minutes on foot to the Porta Venezia Metro station. Relatively near to major attractions, such as the Duomo (the red line is really convenient). Lively neighbourhood, with plenty of options to eat and drink locally, supermarket and bio market nearby. Very quiet building, nice view from the balcony. Equiped with almost anything a traveller could need, exquisite for those who love attics (even the bumps on the wooden seems are part of the funny memories) Get yourself a Primitivo bottle of red wine and enjoy the beautiful, milanese nights under the stars. Overall, I would pick this apartment again.

    The host that provided us with the keys didn't speak English, so it was good that I could speak a bit of Italian. However, the house rules were given to us prior to arrival, so in a sense there was no real problem with that. The only minus was that checkup was at 3pm, so with an early arrival, we kinda lost a few hours. However, we did stop at a nice restaurant nearby to kill time (try the La Piadineria and all the restaurants in Via Melzo)

    Great stay in Milan, it’s the kind of house where you enjoy spending time there

    The balcony and living room are great.

    Since it is in the last floor one of the bedrooms have inclined roof which is not so comfortable. But you can always rotate the beds. I would prefer to have self check in and not having fixed timing to arrive to the house
