Good experience
Location near center and near the Metro station, clean
The online check in link sent too late like one hour before arrival and contains a long form. Also the check out time at 10:30am is not reasonable.

It was good location, it was clean but it was mudleading as advertising as customer service , req uest Deposit and holding for 14 days also they Charge over Tax ,most worth application to have as customer service
I didn't like Customer service it was very bad and poor ,they misleading for advertising, no sofabef just only for 2 people very confused as entrey and rules they have fake add ,they charge Extra money. For Tax after you pay Boiking and the charge Securty deposit and holding money for 14 days never minsio that in the add,place is good bust customer service and misleading policy is so Pooor and not clear after you reserve you want cansel they told you can Cansel with No refund

Buena estancia.
El check in es super inconveniente hasta las 3 de la tarde. Y el check out muy temprano a las 10:30 am eso no es tan conveniente. El baño necesita más atención pues aunque estaba limpio el departamento le hace falta una limpieza profunda a la bañera. El aire acondicionado esta bloqueado hasta 22 grados y el manual de instrucciones para el departamento jamás lo pude abrir. No tuve wifi tampoco porque todo venia en eel manual de instrucciones que nunca se pudo abrir.
