    Everything was as expected.

The bathroom needs a little update.

Nice location close to the metro, park, small groceries, and local cafes and bars. Good location close to Chinatown, there is a lot of vibe. The host provides coffee capsules and water in the fridge so it was nice to refresh after check in.

The other comments about the mold in the bathroom - yes, it is there but only on the window and nowhere else. Honestly, very common thing for humid and hot climate, so not a deal breaker.
