  Terrible, I wouldn't stay here.

Central within the city of Bari.

The room was humid, stuffy and very dirty, pictures of which are included. Walls had mildew and water stains on them. The beds were especially small. Included breakfast was just a token for a croissant and a coffee at a cafe around the corner. Getting in touch with the establishment was very hard. We could barely stay one night then left the room to book a proper hotel for the remainder of our stay in Bari at great expense. We managed to get in touch with the owners of this place only via booking.com and they shared with them that because we booked it non refundable they wouldn't refund the remaining 3 nights. Non-refundable doesn't mean that one has to stay in such unhygienic conditions. Booking advocated for us every step of the way but the owners choose to remain silent. The shop downstairs by the same name had someone working with this establishment and they flatly told us that there's nothing they will do and they don't care if we leave a bad review or anything. I suspect that comments made here might also be fake.

Location very central, a few mins from train station, so easy to get there from the airport - train ride only €5. Very clear instructions on how to access the property. Room modern, clean and well equipped, slippers and toiletries in bathroom. Free large water bottles in hall way much appreciated.Breakfast at caffe across the road standard for Italy a coffee and cornetto, but coffee and pastries also available in the room

Unfortunately room was not v quiet, walls very thin so noisy neighbours at night and street noise from cleaners early morning
