    Terrible. Please do not book this apartment. Customer service did nothing aside from suggest to come and see for thems

    The property was so dirty . Blonde hairs in the bathroom. Toilet dirty. Sink area dirty. It was very evident , no one cleaned the apartment before we arrived . The bottle of complimentary water in the fridge was almost empty. There was one nearly empty toilet paper. We had to go and buy some from the local supermarket on the corner. . I had my small child with me so she was my priority, I contacted booking.com and the property as soon as I could. . we had checked in, late afternoon. so within half an hour/an hour I had contacted them. The property refused to give me any kind of refund even after I sent them pictures and photos. Terrible customer service and filthy apartment. Honestly, I have never experienced anything like it. There is no way, a cleaner had come, prior to us checking in.

    Comoda, peccato con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe stata perfetta.

    Posizione ottima, a breve distanza dai principali mezzi pubblici sia bus/tram che metro per il centro. Casa molto luminosa e dotata dell'essenziale in un bel palazzo di ringhiera recentemente ristrutturato. Molto caratteristico e di pregio.

    La pulizia era veramente scarsa. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato polvere un po' dappertutto. Il bagno era igienizzato solo parzialmente: abbiamo trovato la carta igienica iniziata, ragnatele ben visibili sul soffitto (foto allegata) e c'erano capelli persino dentro i cassetti. In cucina molte stoviglie erano lavate male, con incrostazioni e avanzi di cibo ammuffito dentro il forno (foto allegata)
