  Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Lage ist perfekt, um Bath zu erkunden und alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings befindet sich die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss und ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist stark verkalkt und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Hier wäre eine gründlichere Reinigung bzw. eine Renovierung wünschenswert. Insgesamt war die Wohnung aufgrund ihrer Größe, Ausstattung und hervorragenden Lage akzeptabel, auch wenn es in puncto Sauberkeit und Zustand noch Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.

  Unbeatable location with period charm, but let down by damp issues and rushed cleaning.

  The location was second to none—the street felt straight out of a set from Bridgerton with classic Bath stone and traditional old lanterns everywhere. There was no passing traffic, and all the main sights were within an amazing five-minute walk. Inside, the flat gave a warm first impression with the radiators on in the dry, comfortable lounge. The PIR sensor lights on the steep entrance steps were very helpful for able-bodied access. The beds were extremely comfortable with spotless linen, and the kitchen was otherwise well appointed.

  There was a persistent unaired damp smell, particularly in the master bedroom, and the kitchen toaster was broken. The biggest issue was the en-suite to the double bedroom, which has widespread mould and a spongy floor caused by trapped water underneath—it clearly requires tanking and replacement. Housekeeping felt rushed: corners were missed when vacuuming, cobwebs and spiders were left in place, picture frames on the bedside tables were very dusty, and the window glass hasn't seen a cloth in a long time. Lastly, the front and rear outdoor areas just need some TLC (weeding, rubbish cleared) and a small bistro table off the kitchen could turn it into a charming, usable space.

  Great location to explore Bathe.

  The property was located in the heart of all the activities. It was large and had a washer and dryer which worked out well.

  It was located in the basement and had a damp smell.

  Great location but lots of broken equipment and facilities.

  Great location and simple key box process for accessing and leaving the property

  Various broken items within the property, including the door handle in the ensuite bathroom which resulted in somebody getting stuck in, leaking toilet resulting in a very wet floor and damp/mould growing around the floor and skirting areas, lock not working on the main bathroom, toaster handle in the kitchen broken, a broken water glass in the kitchen cupboard and the WiFi and speakers not working. The listing also mentioned a TV, but there wasn't one in the property anymore.
