Il mio contatto è stato molto gentile e premuroso non ci ha fatto mancare nulla in casa. L'appartamento comodo, camere ampie. Servizio igienico ottimo con antibagno. TV ok Terrazzino allestito per poter mangiare fuori molto accogliente ma poco sfruttabile perché non coperto.
Biancheria da letto sporca. L'immondizia và specificato come fare la raccolta differenziata perché ogni comune ha il suo metodo. Avevamo a disposizione la macchina del caffè ma senza cialde. Struttura molto vecchia, difficoltà a chiudere la porta d'ingresso, e alcune finestre non si potevano neanche aprire. Le strutture dei lettini stavano su per miracolo. Al servizio igienico andrebbe sostituita la vasca con un piatto doccia, più igienico. Parcheggio scomodo ad entrarci.

Eine ruhige schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Die Unterkunft ist von der Stadt Como soweit entfernt, dass das Auto immer genutzt werden muss!

Leider Auto futsch, sonst alles gut.
Die Wohnung ist exzellent ebenso wie die Ausstattung. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad. Fernseher. Gemütlich. Alles prima, mit dem einzigen Manko der zu engen Einfahrt. Ansonsten eine gute Adresse seine Erkundung von Como zu starten.
Ich habe den Fehler gemacht auf den Hof einfahren zu wollen mit meiner SUV. Dabei hat die Einfahrt gegen den Wagen den Gewinn ausgetragen. Also, bitte nicht versuchen auf dem Parkplatz zu parken, sonst müssen Sie wie ich mit dem Wagen in die Reparatur.

We had a wonderful stay in Marco's apartment. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean. There's a large terrace. It was great to start the day there every morning and end the evening there. Check-in was very easy thanks to the key box. Marco was always available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. We were traveling by car. The apartment includes free parking. Como is about a 10-minute drive away. There's a supermarket (Imperial) nearby, and in the morning, you can enjoy a coffee and a cornetto at the nearby "Cremeria" :) grazie Marco :)

Excellent séjour!
Très bel appartement, très bien décoré, beaucoup de charme, bien équipé. Très jolie terrasse, très agréable. A quelques minutes de Côme en voiture, parking et accès faciles.
