Ideal gelegenes Hotel, altehrwürdig und mit charmantem Personal besetzt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war in seiner Grösse ausreichend und abwechselnd bestückt, das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Die kleine Bar war am Abend eine schöne Station vor dem Schlafen gehen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar war vielsprachig unterwegs und daher äusserst zuvorkommend. Auch die Reinigung und die Rezeption waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel liegt zwar ideal gelegen für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt, jedoch hört man die Eisenbahn schon sehr deutlich. In unserem Zimmer gab es nur eine Balkontüre, somit war entweder viel frische Luft und gelegentlicher Lärm, oder stille und keine Luft. Ein kleines Fenster wäre hier ideal gewesen. Und im Bad schien die Lüftung nicht zu funktionieren oder es gab keine, was für ein Bad im inneren des Zimmers ungünstig ist.

Uitstekend.
Locatie dichtbij treinstation, heel praktisch. Prachtige locatie, met zicht op de meer van Lugano. Zeer vriendelijke personeel. Prachtige tuin met zwembad en palmbomen. Hotel is zeer smaakvol ingericht met vele historische details.
