    Booked and confirmed stay for a business trip as our crew were staying away- host sent through access codes and forwarded this to our staff. code worked and walked in to a woman and three children and a dog (which bit one of crew). woman explained that she has been there for a while. cannot contact host, number is wrong and email address is incorrect so cannot even request refund. have reported to booking.com

    Exceptional

    Being recently refurbished it was immaculate throughout, suited us perfectly for our 1 night stay with everything we needed. Rooms comfortable and location fine for us and around a 30 minute walk to the main areas or a few minutes in a taxi.

    Nothing comes to mind.
