    We book many accommodations on here & have never experienced anything like this before

    We booked this accommodation as we had several workers needing a place to stay. It needed to be a quick booking yet after the accommodation took my money they then sent a list of additional requirements which meant that the workers couldn’t stay here. None of these requirements were told to us before booking. The accommodation then refused to refund the stay. My workers had to drive home (90+ miles). As the accommodation refused to give our money back, they stayed there for the remainder of the week, although we would have preferred to book elsewhere. In addition, they requested £300 deposit after booking, as well as the money we had already spent through the website.

    Lovely place, had all we needed. Clean, comfortable and host was helpful and friendly, thank you.

    Working in the area, and great location. Plenty of amenities nearby.
