    Ok property but paramount the boiler is fixed

    Location, mattresses comfortable

    Boiler fault. Fault code showed on boiler first night we were there, tried to reset but unable to resolve. Emailed and messaged host but didn't hear back until after lunch. During the phone call from the host they requested I call them on returning to the property, we got back to property at 7pm as working late and when calling the number it stated no one available. Also tried messaging but no contact from the host until the following day with just a message aknowledging the message. Managed to reset the boiler but then that night the same fault appeared again. We were not able to reset the boiler on every occasion, sometimes is simply wouldn't reset. If the reset worked and the boiler kicked in it would only work for a matter of hours before the fault would show again and disable the boiler. In all from our 4 night we stayed we had heating for 1 night and hot water for just 2 mornings.

    Perfect for what we needed!

    Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were very spacious.

    More communal would be better but i understand you wouldnt have the room for sleeping more people which was the main reason we booked.

    Everything was very easy, from check in to check out and everything that was provided in the property was in a good area and overall my whole family enjoyed it.
