Uma experiência encantadora em um hotel de arquitetura exótica. Com certeza vale a pena conhecer!!!
O hotel é belíssimo e encanta pela arquitetura histórica de um antigo convento, que preserva sua essência e originalidade. A combinação entre história, charme e sofisticação cria uma atmosfera única, tornando a experiência de hospedagem ainda mais especial. Cada ambiente revela detalhes arquitetônicos que valorizam a história do lugar. O quarto é super confortável e a decoração é linda.
O serviço deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. Após a limpeza do quarto, não houve reposição das toalhas; tivemos um problema com a queda do disjuntor geral de energia; e, no café da manhã, um pedido de ovos não foi atendido. Em um hotel cinco estrelas, espera-se maior atenção aos detalhes.
