  Had a great 4 day stay enjoying this beautiful part of wales

  Well designed apartment with lots of natural light . Comfortable for two people and in a quiet location .

  This property is annexed to a larger one which seems to be a party house. Over the weekend guests were noisy into the early hours. When they left the next group parked 7 cars in front of the flat so don’t rely on privacy. Unnerved by people next door forcibly trying the ‘fire door ‘ linked to the bedroom in the flat.

  It was lovely accommodation in a peaceful location. The loft had all we needed for our stay. I loved the area and there was a scenic walk to a beautiful, pristine beach.

  Pace : i tramonti bellissimi e le stelle viste da qui più luminose che mai :)))

  Il silenzio, la natura, la posizione lontana da tutto, ma non isolato, le dimensioni dell'appartamento e come è stato strutturato internamente, il parcheggio a vista da casa.

  Non facilissimo da trovare, ma le indicazioni di aiuto dell'Agenzia sono state apprezzate. La parte esterna della terrazza e del giardino non erano tenute con cura, e purtroppo ho trovato una bustina con escrementi di cane abbandonata sul terrazzo. La pulizia del loft non era eccelsa (sono state lasciate bevande scadute) e mancavano in cucina alcuni utensili necessari a cucinare e tovagliette per il tavolo per colazione e cena. Nn c'erano cialde per il caffè, almeno per la colazione, ma era presente una macchina Nespresso. Consiglio vivamente di aggiungere uno stendibiancheria (non presente).

  Könnte perfekt sein - ist es aber nicht

  Die Lage ist toll. Außerhalb und ruhig, aber nah an der Stadt. Das Bett war groß (vor allem für britische Verhältnisse) und bequem. Die Ausstattung war im Grunde sehr gut.

  Leider wirkt alles vernachlässigt, was eine Schande ist, weil es fast perfekt sein könnte. Sauberkeit wird eher kleingeschrieben. Manche Ausstattung war nicht benutzbar, weil zu dreckig oder kaputt. Der Eimer (draußen) für den Küchenabfall lief schon bei Ankunft über und überhaupt war die Ecke für die Mülltonnen eher ekelhaft. Um die Treppe zum Eingang benutzen zu können, mussten wir erst den Zugang - u.a. von stacheligen Brombeeren - freischneiden.
